"両親との旅行で1泊させていただきました。 お部屋はとても清潔で室内の雰囲気も良く、落ち着いた時間を過ごすことが出来ました。 何より、お風呂が浴槽にお湯を溜めて入ることができたことに両親は喜んでいました。 夕食朝食は小町通りや鎌倉駅前のお店に行きましたが、ホテルから小町通り、鎌倉駅に徒歩ですぐに出られることも大変良かったです。 スタッフの方の対応も丁寧で気持ちが良く、フロントにはホテル作成のお食事のお店マップや資料があり、それを元に楽しむことができるので素晴らしいと思いました。 また旅行で鎌倉へ行く際は、こちらのホテルを利用させていただきたいと思います。 ありがとうございました。"

"Great location- water views & set in a nice precinct. Shopping, good restaurants close by. Very clean, spacious room. Breakfast was very good, nice selection & the staff were friendly & ensured they provided plenty of tea or coffee & refills. All staff from check in to the guys at front desk outside hotel were super friendly & professional. "当日が雨でした。チェックインの前から、快く傘を貸して下さり、とても助かりました。 部屋からの眺めも良く、部屋も広くて快適に過ごせてました。 朝食は開始時間から少ししてから行ったので、窓側がすでに埋まっており、残念でした。 メニューも豊富で美味しく頂きました。 他の三井ガーデンホテルにも是非泊まってみたいと思います!"

"The rooms were clean and a good size. Service was excellent, the front desk staff helped us with our luggage forwarding. Only issue was that we could hear the guest nextdoor snore. As well as hearing footsteps. But we had no issues sleeping through both as the sounds weren't loud enough to bother us. If you are a light sleeper, you should bring earplugs, I believe they offer them in the lobby. Breakfast was also excellent variety with local specialty such as their sardines soaked in...

"This hotel is very convenient and clean. The staff, though few, are very helpful and efficient. Wifi in the room is very good. Laundry at every odd level, L7, L9 and L11. 3kg for 600yen, include dryer. You can change the coins at reception. I like their skin care set. I will stay in this hotel again if I visit Yokohama."

"I enjoyed my stay here for 17 nights very much! The staff is friendly and helpful and speaks English as needed. The food is good and an excellent location to travel to and from with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby! I would stay here again. Beds are kind of hard for Americans but doable."
