"Great stay for a weekend getaway. Walking distance to the beach, Oxxo, good tacos & a nice coffee shop across the street. About a 10 minute drive to the Malecon. Went with my family & it was perfect for us. The staff was friendly, spoke English & gave us great recommendations. Hotel was clean, AC worked well, staff was attentive. Very pleased with my stay. Will definitely save this hotel for future stays."

"Some of the staff was great. So much disappointing when I paid for palenque section and I request a room on the lower level due. Incapacities to take stairs.They offer me a room on another section not far from the pool and I accepted was the only choice that I have at that moment.
And rooms need to be clean more bathroom was dirty. Food not good and very expensive. Not the Estero I used to go before. Very disappointed."
