So sorry you feel you had a bad experience. When you checked in, you were notified that we do room service every 3rd day and if you needed something to please let us know. The wet towels were covered in a smelly reddish brown fluid that only you know what it was. All 5 towels and a hand towel were stained and could not be saved. As with any property that you stay at, you signed a form that says you as a customer can be held responsible for any above and beyond damage to the room. Thank you for your patronage.

I am sorry you had such a busy experience. We are a very small motel and usually a long line in the office is not a problem, but every once in awhile we have many guests show up at the same time and it does take longer then usual. Most times the office is completely empty with no calls so I will try to train our staff better but sometimes at any business there will unfortunately be a rush of customers. I'm sorry you happened to show up at one of those few rushes. Thank you for letting us know about the mold, we are already retraining our housekeepers and room checking staff to look up at the bathroom ceiling to ensure that doesn't happen again. The TV is a simple fix and if we are told about the issue we could have fixed it instantly. Sorry for your bad experience and hopefully you will give us a try in the future to show you it was a very unusual issue you had.
