"Our room was clean and comfortable but we had several issues with the bathroom. Saturday morning we reported that the toilet seat was loose, the bathroom sink was not draining and that the shower doors would not stay shut. We were told it would be taken care of by the time we returned. The toilet seat was fastened but nothing else was addressed. "Our room was upstairs on the 2nd floor. My mom is 90 there was no elevator for her. That was brutal. There was something being built near parking area which looked unfinished. We had a balcony view which looked onto the parking area. There’s a hospital across the street and during the night we heard very loud helicopter noise overhead. "They cancelled me out of my room. I called earlier in the week to cancel two nights just to one, they wouldn’t let me. I had already paid for the two nights. I showed up Saturday with the room already paid for both night and they re booked my room and didn’t reimburse me my money. Never called me to notify me. Absolutely don’t recommend this place."
