"Staff great, but administration is poor and stressful. No point using this platform for booking as you can still be told they are fully booked. Some parts of the building are tired and could do with better maintenance. If looking for one night stay, maybe. But for a longer stay, not really. Its not a relaxed environment.

"I stayed at this hotel while visiting family in Enugu over the Christmas period and it’s not bad. It’s a smaller hotel and the rooms are an ok size. I love they have a lounge area and sit down area. The room service was good as well. When I booked I was told complimentary breakfast but that was non existent . I can say that customer service was good.
