"Received an email around 3 hours before we were due to check in the booking had been cancelled. We were en-route. Called the number on the email (which was a third party - not Hotels.com). Advised the booking had been cancelled due to 'maintenance' and to contact Hotels.com directly make an alternative booking. Attempted to contact Hotels.com but could not get to speak to a human being to make an alternative booking. We were left high and dry!"

"We booked this property for our family of 8, including young children and elderly parents, based on the listing, photos, and description, which clearly indicated that there would be enough beds for everyone. Unfortunately, on arrival we found that the sleeping arrangements did not match what was advertised. The first-floor bedroom had only one bed, even though the listing photos showed two beds. The second-floor bedroom was advertised with one double bed and one single bed, but it only had one...

"The facility was well-kept with good amenities. Our suite was a generous size and had a nice kitchenette. The air conditioning struggled to cool the space down, but I contacted Reception, and they brought a standing fan up to our door within 15 minutes. Very attentive and friendly staff!"

"Property was well thought out and well equipped. Even found some super glue when my glasses broke! Hot tub was an amazing addition. We would definitely stay again should we visit the area in future. Thank you!"

"Excellent option for a Birmingham stay. Lovely spacious apartments and top customer service. Thank you."

"The check in instructions were a little confusing. Also the apartment is not that great given the price and the area. You could get a better room at the premier hotel"

"Everything was fine, clean, good parking. Short of a plug for the kitchenette sink and very noisy fall pipe in the shower room when our upstairs neighbours showered at 5.30 AM each morning (woke us thinking we had a leak). Apart from that, all good. Would certainly stay again"

"Wonderful state"

"I stayed for one night. The check in and check out were super easy and everything was explained. The apartment had everything you needed. Ironing board and all. I have already booked my next stay as the location is next door to the Mailbox and a 5 minute walk from New Street."
