An amazing hotel in a great location. The main issue is getting to and from the hotel after a certain time as the taxi can be pricey. But otherwise we had a great time and plan on coming back again in spring

Very good stay. Clean modern hotel with good facilities. Would have like tea or coffee facilities in the room.

We stayed here for one night on our way back to Brussels. The hotel was really clean and comfortable. The room was well appointed with a mini bar, comfy beds and air con. Staff were welcoming and breakfast was good too

The surrounding area is beautiful i highly recommend this hotel the staff are so friendly

Good location in the new town, close to the bridge to get to the old town, without the crowds of tourists. Looks out onto square with outdoor cafes. Staff friendly and helpful.

Good breakfast

Clean room, nice bar, friendly staff

Very clean, well equipped room, pleasant lobby area. I didn't have breakfast, but it was very well positioned for cafes and restaurants. Also v good for the buses and trams on Bismarckplatz.

Excellent stay! Spotless rooms, outstanding breakfast with great variety, and exceptionally friendly service. Everything was perfect from check-in to departure. Highly recommend!

And you need to pay for the parking it wasn't free. And the parking was underground and you need to be really pro. I wouldn't recommend for bigger car as well.

Excellent hotel in a good location, short stroll to the river, town, castle. All staff that I spoke to spoke Excellent English(put my German to shame)My room was large, had a very comfortable bed with almost decent pillows.Walk in shower was great as was the rest of the very clean room.Only had a coffee so can't comment on the breakfast.Secure, underground parking was a plus for the motorbike.Great bar/bistro behind the hotel(1 minute walk) Overall a very nice hotel, would be my choice again.
