Nice room, shower had not been cleaned properly. Nice breakfast buffet and view from the restaurant. Room wasn’t made up properly upon arrival, one of the staff had to do it while we were there. Area is no fun but very close tibthe train station and old town is only 15 min bus ride away

Ok, this hotel is far from the old town and everything you want to see but next to train station. The rooms are more Ikea than chic . When we first got to the hotel by taxi there was no one there so you have to take elevator to lobby floor. No bell boy and you need to figure things out on your own. The room cleaning was not good at all. The towels were all over the place the beddings were not done. We didn’t understand the total lack of service. The one highlight was the breakfast buffet. The food was good and service was also good.

Amazingly large rooms with incredible full wall length windows for great views. The rooms were extremely new and modern. There were power blinds inside the windows. The shower had a rain fall head and was large. They provided bathrobes. It felt truly luxurious. The beds were soft and the most comfortable ones we had during our whole vacation at multiple hotels. The location was right next to the train station which is nice for transporting luggage and it wasn't ran-down dirty like areas next to train stations can be. The breakfast was incredible. It's on the top floor of the hotel and you can see the whole city. Excellent way to start your day. The only negative is that we tired every switch and button in the room and couldn't figure out a way to adjust the a/c - heat- fan for the room climate.

Great location for a work trip. The rooms are large, comfortable and well kept. Breakfast at the top floor has a good variety and quality. Only complaint would be the room facing the main station can be quite loud if the window is open.

Modern, clean and next to train station

I booked this property last minute due to a change of plans and I was impressed at the experience. I was quickly checked into my room. The hotel is very modern and clean. It is conveniently located next to the central train station.

Fantastic hotel and incredibly good disabled rooms

We needed a handicap room and were very happy with it. The hotel must have used a consultant who uses a wheelchair when they planned the room. Everything was perfect, the size of the room and the bathroom. The grab bars, shower chair, even the wardrobe were dedicated to a seated guest. Great!

Overall a very nice hotel - staff made my wife and friend pay city Tax for two nights, two people each. Even though we only stayed one night and I paid the city tax the night before. After a bit of complaining and a couple front desk people refunds were made -- but, it was very sad to see this type of behavior from such a nice facility.

Although the hotel was located next to the train station, the sound proofing was effective. Check-in was a bit odd since reception desk is not on the level of the main entrance (from street). In-room AC didn't seem functional, so we ended up with the window open - listening to the train station sounds anyway.
