"I've been in Greece about a week and a half, and this was the best yet. Most mattresses have been VERY firm. This was just right! I am grateful for a comfortable bed! The greeting was easy. We checked in and went out to explore the Acrocorinth, as it closes at 3:30 (you must be back out by then). Then we wandered about 3 minutes to the Archaeological Museum and ruins. These were very poorly marked, and that was disappointing. We paid 15 E each, so you'd think they could do a better job...

"We enjoyed our stay at Espero. We watched a wedding in the square out front, as well as the horsedrawn carriage and tour train. The room was very nice. It was NOT, however, soundproof. It was a trade-off for being on the front on the square. We enjoyed our little balcony. I did use earplugs and had on my white noise, but it was still Saturday night, and not quiet. The breakfast was at the restaurant next door and was wonderful!"

"this was the most relaxing 4 days of our 40 year marriage. we relaxes, took day trips to explore local ruins, fishing villages and Nafplio. the staff were well informed and friendly. The breakfasts were excellent and fresh made on the spot. And the afternoon "snacks" easily became our evening meals, delivered to our patio. "We had a wonderful time for our 5 day stay, staff , especially Dorina and housekeeping lady were very sweet and accommodating helping with whatever needs we had. The property itself is located on top of the hill allowing for breathtaking views of the whole city and water, it is also located near a beach which was fantastic, as well as near a historic landmark of Palamidi Venetian Fortification which is a must to visit!!
