"This was our second time staying at the property and unfortunately our last. We booked via Expedia on the basis of the amenities it listed - wifi, pool, air conditioning. On arrival we were advised the pool was out of service, and told to expect why else would the room have been so cheap, even though when clicking on the property on quick view pool was listed. We then reached out to the host at 6pm (42 hours ago) regarding wifi not working and that message has been delivered but still unread...
