"The room was fine although the shower still had hair on one of the shelves. My biggest advice for this property is to never stay in a downstairs room. The ceiling ‘booms’ when someone walks across the room above. When that person consistently gets up at 2:30am and spend the next 30 minutes walking back and forth every night, it can be a bit much. I would stay here again, but make sure I am in an upstairs room."

"Room advertised as having a full kitchen. It did basically, but no kitchen items at all, except one kitchen towel. Once in the room, we discovered a small sign under the towel - we almost did not use. On the card it describes things we could request, such as kitchen items. We would have loved this information at check-in. I was not surprised though, since the hotel clerk could not give me a straight answer or perhaps just not understanding my needs. "Cosas negativas las almohadas no me gusto su olor , la caja fuerte nunca la pude usar, si llamas de la habitación es muy difícil que te contesten, las alfombras de los pasillos estaban muy sucias. "We had a comfortable stay overall. The hotel is conveniently located close to the freeway, which made getting around very easy. We booked a trio room and were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was. Having two bathrooms was a great feature and made it much easier for our group to get ready without waiting. The complimentary breakfast was good, with enough options to start the day. We also appreciated the convenient kitchen setup in the room, which was helpful for preparing simple meals...

"Wonderfully clean establishment, great customer service. Only thing is the parking now being run separately by Metropolis - set-up was cumbersome and did not work well. Furthermore, corporate account typically covered on-site parking and now it no longer is included."
