"Pros: Clean room, comfortable bed, efficiently designed space despite being really tiny for two people and a dog. Shuttle service was very useful and efficient, and is the main reason we'd stay again. AC worked well despite the heat, and luggage storage room was very useful. Cons: Only one sachet of instant coffee in double room...expensive small coffees were available downstairs. Would have been nice to have a small fridge in room."

"Room is disorderly, smelly carpets on corridors, inferior and dirty curtains, outdated furniture, dirty walls, water stained ceiling with edges not filled in, old light fittings, air conditioning lacking power, blocked bathroom sink, etc., etc., the list goes on. This property is in desperate need for upgrades. The shuttle pickup is not frequent. Staff is unfriendly, never respond to online messages, communication is one way, need training in customer care."

"The recently renovated rooms are truly top notch. Those that are not are still classic but somewhat dated, Howevver all have excellent bathrooms and showers and a beautiful bath tub, for those who like to soak. The front desk staff is excellent but the back room people are, well, not customer orlented. So if you have an issue keep it with the front desk people. There is no conciege? "Easy except I did not have the code to access the gate. Shame we are dealing with machines but it worked well. My little girl loved the mezzanine"

"Stayed here to be close to the airport for a flight the next day. Room was clean and a good size. Staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast was busy so some of the food options were gone by about 8:30 am. I don’t know if they refilled the items or not. Quality of breakfast was ok but nothing exceptional. Used the hotel shuttle to get to the airport with no concerns or issues. Overall, this hotel was fine for a one-night stay."

"Whilst the check in was smooth, the staff were great and it was very efficient, when I entered the room it was quite dirty. I also left the next day with me and daughter having being bitten by bed bugs. So not the best experience overnight."
