"Wonderful location - just a block away from Oktoberfest. There were grocery stores and bakeries nearby. The place was modern, comfortable, great shower, easy to find. Communication with the property was fast and instructions were easy to follow. Would stay there again. "

"Location was prime! There is an "honor bar" with food & beverages on the 5th floor we enjoyed discovering. The only minor drawback was no AC, yet we found the staff to be so accommodating and they provided multiple fans. A great value! "

"It was a delight to stay at Smartliving Apartments during my trip to Munich. The property was in great condition and well cared for. Check-in was an easy process that took less than five minutes. The property is also located close to bus stops and a U-Bahn station which are reachable in eight minutes or less depending on one's walking speed. It also sports a well designed common area that has a vending machine for purchasing meals, beverages, and snacks. I would highly recommend this property...
