We liked this hotel a lot but our rating would have dropped considerably had the heat wave not broken the day we arrived. The hotel does not have air conditioning as promised in the Expedia listing. The hotel does not claim air conditioning in its own promotional material so it must be a mistake on the part of Expedia. Fortunately the drop in nighttime temperatures allowed us to leave our bedroom window wide open and sleep comfortably in this quiet corner of Erfurt.

Terrible and full of excuses

The receptionist said they don't have a room for us although we had booked about 2 months before arrival! They did not even properly apologize and made the excuse that they didn't have a number to call me! They could obviously contact me through hotels.com What a terrible place. It was raining hard and they told us to go to a hotel 5 mins walking distance and they didn't even offer help ( we are a family with baby)! Some hospitality businesses are failing and this hotel is probably one of the them!

Spiegel im Zimmer war schmierig, bad nicht sauber das große bett waren zwei einzelbetten aneinander mit lücke und das restaurant mit biergarten terasse war wegen Personalmangel geschlossen.

Die Hotelmanagerin ist wenig Gästeorientiert herzliches Willkommen geht anders Sauna musste extra bezahlt werden wurde aber nicht darauf hingewiesen für ein 4 Sternehaus wenigkomfort Fernseher minl und alt mindestens 14 Jahre die Bedienung im Restaurant war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Allgemein war alles gut. Nettes Personal gute Frühstück saubere Zimmer einziges Manko das Zimmer was wir bekommen haben war im Keller! Bei Buchung war keine Information darüber. Bei Einreise hat uns Zimmer sehr überrascht. Mit 120 € pro Nacht haben wir etwas andere Zimmer erwartet. Schade.

4 Sterne??? Eher unter 3 Sterne. Schlechte Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Busse alle 30 Minuten, am Wochenende alle 2 Stunden. P+R mehr als 4 km. Reduzierte Fernsehsender. Zusatzkosten für „Extrawunsch“ Latte oder Cappuccino beim Frühstück. 2 Sorten Brötchen und 1 Brot zur Auswahl. Saunabenutzung für 1,5 Stunden 7,50€ pro Person !!!!!!!! Wir sind jedenfalls vorzeitig nach einer Nacht wieder abgereist.

Nich nochmal leider

Das Abendessen und das Frühstück war insgesamt ganz gut. Jedoch war der Empfang (Beim Einchecken) ziemlich unfreundlich. Ich habe mich sofort unwohl gefühlt und somit nicht willkommen. Des Weiteren war das Badezimmer sehr dreckig. Die Toilette hatte Verfärbungen und die Dusche war etwas verschimmelt. Dieses Hotel werde ich definitiv nicht nochmal buchen.

Alles Gut! Genügend Parkplätze, sehr zentrale und ruhige Lage zum Essen gehen und Einkaufen. Sehenswürdigkeiten und Autobahn ganz in der Nähe. Schönes Bad mit starker Klimaanlage. Großes Zimmer mit guter Bettwäsche. Frühstück war auch wirklich lecker, sowohl warme als auch kalte Küche. Allerdings wäre ein weiterer Mitarbeiter nur fair, da beim Frühstück das Nachlegen trotz hohen Tempos der Angestellten recht lange gedauert hat. Ebenfalls provozieren die kleinen Gläser und Tassen zum häufigen Nachgießen, was in Coronazeiten zu vielen unnötigen Begegnungen am Buffett führt!

Die Zimmer waren absolut OK. Sauberkeit ebenfalls. Jedoch könnten die Tische im Biergarten ab und an einmal gesäubert werden. Dies war mehrere Tage nicht der Fall. Sehr zu wünschen übrig lässt jedoch die Freundlichkeit des Personals (jedoch betrifft dies nicht alle Angestellten). Nachfragen um Infos wurden sehr unfreundlich beantwortet. Die vorgeschriebenen Corona-Schutzmasken wurden vom Personal teilweise garnicht oder falsch getragen.

Empfang war nicht gerade freundlich da man über Interporal gebucht hat, im Zimmer sollte Cafebar sein war auch nicht da Badezimmer in den ecken der dusche schwarz nicht besonders für ein angeblich 4 Sterne Haus

Wohlfühl-Hotel

Ein ruhiges und schönes Hotel. Gute Schallisolation, geräumige Zimmer, sehr schöne und geräumige Duschkabine. Frühstück ist Coronabedingt etwas eingeschränkt, wie überall. Habe 7 Tage Urlaub sehr genossen. Einziger Nachteil ist die Entfernung von Erfurt von 5Km.
