Was under minor construction room was great.very clean. Bed was broke but nothing crazy. Couldn't control the thermostat or it was off had a letter to call the desk next to the thermostat but I just went about my business other people might of had a problem with this. Since people were stranded because of the Blizzard, the lobby was busy. That being said, Karina seemed to have an attitude. She seemed bothered by helping guests check in. I probably will not stay there again because I most certainly did not feel Welcomed or attended to.
