"This is our go to stop when we need a place near the airport. We were sad when they started charging for parking but they aren’t the only hotel doing so. Great bargain for a nice place overall. "

"So convenient for a night before the airport. Plenty of space in the hotel room, large pool, snack bar all came in handy. Only issue was we booked the 4 am shuttle and the shuttle driver was not only beyond rude, he made me, my toddler AND my stroller (yeah, picturing that?!) sit in the passenger seat due to the lack of room. I was so upset and shaken up from the way he spoke to me and the shuttle experience. "

"The room was spacious and clean. We left before breakfast hours so I can’t comment on that. The young man at the front desk at check in was not very friendly but the woman at the desk when we checked out was very nice. Every time we touched the door or the elevator buttons we got shocked, which made us wonder if there is a maintenance issue. The pillows could use a refresh—ours were beyond their useful life. However, there was a very nice kitchenette in the room. Overall the hotel was very nice...

"Rude staff, breakfast wasn’t good. Wouldn’t allow 21 year old check in by himself without parent being there even when name was on reservation and called and confirmed this was ok due to flight delays. Paid for two rooms conjoined but was changed to two rooms side by side so n different floor than requested. Staff was arguing with each other at front desk."

"When we arrive to check-in their was a $50 dollar Incidental hold , I had called ahead to ask what deposit/hold would it be before booking was told no hold or deposit was required. I plan prior to all my trips to insure costs as i do use my debit card . It was a bit embarrassing as i was short $10 in my account for the hold . It was my END of the trip close to the airport booking . We had figure it out. The front desk girl was great! Shuttle service to and from airport was spot on and...

"The overnight rate for the valet is $59, so don't be surprised like I was. Public parking is across the street, but I didn't want to use it at night. The valet called me three times at 7 a.m. to ask if I had the key to my car: I couldn't get to the phone quickly enough to answer the first two times. I had left the key with the valet, so the call was totally unnecessary and totally unwelcome at 7 a.m. The air conditioning unit went on and off every five minutes all night no matter what...
