"Sehr idyllisch, super Lage!"

"Alles super."

"I stayed at the new Annex so everything is nice and Zen. There are no toiletries so please take note. It is really just opposite of Neuchatel station separated by a small road. If I were to nickpick, I hope that they can rotate at least one of the dishes at breakfast. I stayed facing the river. Oh, it has air conditioning that works how you want it to be so it will be great for Summer."

"Hotel confortevole, ottima l'accoglienza del personale"

"Hotel staff food very good. Room was clean and tidy. Down side basin was full of cracks"

"Room is small but the common area has plenty of space. Close to old town"

"Nice renovated, clean room just 5min walk from the Biel train station, very convenient location."

"War ok , Frühstück etwas mau"

"Location is super to reach everything on foot, staff very friendly and helpful"

"We enjoyed our stay at Hotel de l’Ecluse. The property was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the bed was very comfortable. We were able to open...

"Good location"

"Das Zimmer im Hotel Florida war sehr sauber. Die Matratze vom Bett war super. Auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Leider konnten wir jedoch den Fitnessraum nicht nutzen. Im Angebot wurde nicht erwähnt, dass die Geräte am Morgen vor 09.00 nicht genutzt werden können. Sehr schade... wenn wir das gewusst hätten, hätten wir die Unterkunft nicht gebucht."

"The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful, offering me a sandwich as i arrived very late when the town was pretty much shut up for the night."

"Spacious and clean rooms."
