"Pillows were not the best. We were given the wrong time for breakfast at check in and so missed it the first day. Otherwise very good stay. Handy for IIHF hockey games at BCF Arena and close to transit (bus)."

"I liked the airco, quiet room with comfortable bed, and easy access by train and bus. Unfortunately no gästekarte for public transport included. With airco off the air in the room becomes too dry"

"It would have been good to have instructions on how to enter the indoor parking facility. It was a shame also that the charging stations were not operational although advertised as available online. There was no option to check out on the self service screen at the reception."

"Complicated welcoming screen and not well coordinated with customers' renewal stays. I could have easily ended up without access to my room between 10am and 4pm. I had to stay home that day. Very inconvenient!"
