"Compact though well decorated and cozy With perfect location walkable to all of the major sites. Extremely close to the train station would say a 3 to 4 minute walk. Breakfast was average. Issues include the AC being inoperative however, a worker came to my room and attempted to troubleshoot and ultimately provided a fan which I greatly appreciated. Bed mattress was quite stiff/firm. Overall, a great stay and have they recommend if coming to Bern"

"close to rail station, on busy street, but quiet. the entry code worked perfectly. good size bathroom, plenty of towels. kitchenette small but effective. plates, cups, bowls, pots and pans, fridge and microwave! close to shopping and sights. very walkable. would recommend! "

"Room was fine. They greet you with free orange juice and coffee. My issue was that to access the hotel with a car you need to enter through the highway. We were in switzerland for 24hrs only with a german rental car so we did not want to buy a vignette for 1 hour of use.
