"This place was disgusting. We weren’t expecting much as it was the only thing available while having a layover in the Beauvas airport. It was a nasty old hostel that still had the hostel look. Old, dirty, disgusting, and smelled terrible. Everything felt dirty and disgusting. Def doesn’t match the photos and it was still called the St. Vincent Hostel. One the door hangers said Elema Hotel."

"The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. The restaurant was good. However there is nothing else around. We were on our way to La Rochelle and it was a good stop off point for one night. Staff were helpful and very pleasant. Parking very easy and just of the autoroute"

Allerdings war der Aufenthalt nicht besonders einladend: Auf dem Flur roch es durchgehend unangenehm nach Zigarettenrauch. Das Frühstück war leider eine herbe Enttäuschung – sehr lieblos und qualitativ schlecht. Aufgrund des schlechten Frühstücks und des Geruchs im Flur würde ich hier nicht noch einmal buchen."

"I booked because it was closed to the airport and the gardens sadly the gardens were closed. Paid for an upgrade to a room with a view instead but sadly the Aircon was leaking. It was good enough but pricier than other more budget options and not sure it's worth the difference. Nice enough and convenient for the airport and the gardens...when they're open"

"Could be my favourite hotel. Ever. The staff(owners) are lovely. Gave a tour of the wine cellar which was SPECTACULAR! Like a cathedral. The decor was brilliantly done. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was beautifully decorated w all new fixtures. The garden patio was out of a movie. Beds were king size and perfect. I have never stayed in a hotel with more attention to detail. And the town is the most perfect medieval town I have seen in France. We had dinner at Henri IV square...

"This is essentially a motel in Villers and as far as motels go, it was fine. The bedding and towels were clean but the room could not be called well-maintained otherwise. There were plenty of insects outside the doors and along the corridors. The fire alarm in another unit went off at 6:00 AM during my stay and remained blaring for around 10 minutes, though I cannot say whether this was actually the establishment's fault or whether the occupant was culpable.
