While the exterior sound proofing was good, there was a bit of noise from above, particularly when the occupants seemed to constantly drag the furniture around on the hard floors. Electricity stopped working in my room - but the hotel called an electrician and it was sorted (with a temporary fix) after about...

Odalar sigara kokuyor"

"Odalardan ve otleden bahsetmeye değer tek şey müdürün ilgisi, sorun çözme hızı"

"Hotel basico, c’è tt quello che serve. Molto buona la colazione. In centro, quindi ottima posizione. Per una o due notti va benissimo. Stanza enorme super comoda"

"Very welcoming staff."

"✅temiz oda konum yakınds dükkanlar"

"Rooms very clean, staff was very friendly, location super convenient, cheap taxi to Palandöken. The breakfast was very basic, the lady who serves it does great job but the hotel needs to invest some more money on it so the menu can be compared to Istanbul hotels of the same price category. To buy coffee machine would be a great idea. The shower was leaking, they did some repair but it doesn’t look professional."

"Erzurum Palandöken kayak alanına yakışan bir otel. Erzuruma has yemekleri çok nefis. Personel çok iyi. Oteldeki bakım tutum üst düzey."

"Chambres sales, mauvaise connexion wiifii, petit déjeuner fini avant l'horaire indiqué."

"This is what is called a business man’s hotel. Very plain but everything we needed, including helpful staff, was provided."
