"The room was nice but the heat was turned up to 25 degrees. I tried to lower it but it wouldn’t work. They sent a tech who pressed a few buttons and said to wait but that also didn’t work. So slept with the window open. We ate at the buffet which was overpriced but we had a long day of travel with no food. My wife instantly got food poisoning so we walked to the hospital across the street which was by far the most unpleasant experience of my life! "

"The woman at the front desk was very hrlpful. Unfortunately, the guy was not helpful at all. The room we had was very noisy with construction going on allday and night. I told him about this but nothing changed. When i saw the young lady she helped. The first night was difficult to sleep because of the construction. Second night better."
