"I waited well past check-in time to get into my room after a long day of travel as well. The next morning I woke up and there was no hot water. It is not the hotels fault beautiful location, but the noise last night asleep with motorcycles running through the city Porto is absolutely beautiful, but the rooms are much smaller than depicted online."

"Due to a late flight, I was a late check in. The instructions were clear but the lobby was dark so it was hard to find the lock box. Worse, the numbers on the combination lock were almost impossible to read since my phone flashlight created a glare on the lock numbers. The key said I was in the fourth floor but the elevator only went up to the 3rd floor, which meant I had to drag my suitcase up a flight of stairs in a tiny stairwell at 3 am, which surely disturbed other guests. "We liked everything about this apartment. The weather was hot during our stay in Porto so we appreciated the air conditioning and being on a shady street. Shops were close by to buy breakfast ànd we ate out every night. We could walk to most places in the town but buses and the metro station were readily accessible.The double glazing kept most of the traffic noise out ànd à comfy bed ensured a good nights sleep. We would come back here again. It was very comfortable, clean and convenient."
