"This is a very old hotel, and the lack of an elevator is already a significant drawback. What makes it worse is how poorly this is handled by the staff. Despite arriving with two toddlers, a large stroller, and multiple pieces of luggage, we were assigned a room on the second floor with no assistance or consideration. That alone shows a clear lack of empathy and basic hospitality. At a minimum, situations like this should be anticipated and accommodated—whether by prioritizing ground-floor rooms or offering proper help. Instead, the experience felt indifferent and poorly managed. Overall, the combination of outdated facilities and the staff’s disregard for guest circumstances makes this place hard to recommend."

"The property is new and in great condition. Rooms are comfortable. Laundry, heated outdoor pool and gym are great…so was the breakfast. One complaint was the airport shuttle. We were told to be in the lobby 10 minutes before the hour and the shuttle would leave on the hour. After repeated inquiries to the front desk and security staff the shuttle arrived 15 minutes after the hour. As we were told to get to the airport 3 hours before an international flight this delayed almost caused us issues with catching our flight home. "

"Breakfast they had eggs that have been sitting awhile in the Pan. We were up and eating by 6:30. It was pretty. I had a funny taste was disgusting. I asked if they could make me an omelette. They said we don’t do that. They were gonna charge me extra five dollars I asked can you make me fresh scrambled eggs they couldn’t do that. I asked if they could make me an eggs over easy they couldn’t do that so I had some fruit and we went out and ate breakfast somewhere else so the buffet could be better. I had no blow dryer in my room. I had to ask for that over all the beds in the television and things were very clean and comfy, but it looks like it needs a little bit of a tile makeover sink was cracked and tiles were coming off in the bathroom, but overall the staff at the front desk were warm and wonderful at the restaurant staff was standing in the back having a chitchat and nobody was there to help us at breakfast time"
