"We had a wonderful stay at Los Lagos! The staff were friendly, and then complimentary breakfast was great. The hot springs are very well maintained, as is the rest of the property. Make sure to check out the trails and the viewpoint! Our only comment is that the walls are quite thin so you can easily hear what is going on in the units next to you. Depending on who your neighbours are, this could be a bit annoying. Not much they can do about this though and we would still highly recommend!"

"Overall, I had a really good time. The food was actually very good compared to some of the reviews that I saw that mentioned it was mediocre. The transportation staff were top-tier and their driving abilities are unmatched. The only thing is that I did call and asked for the in room snacks to be stocked, but that was never done during my time."

"Kind of torn on my experience here. For a first time traveler to Tamarindo, this seemed like a great option. The pools and location are very nice. The rooms, service, and everything else seem more like an afterthought. From check-in to drinks at the bar, there was little to no help at all and definitely no warm welcome. The rooms and most of the property feel like they quit updating it 20 years ago, it just happens to be on such a beautiful piece of beach that you overlook it completely. If it...
