"Would have given 5 stars except for the food. Everything about our stay was spectacular. The room, the amenities, the pools. It really is kid paradise and so beautiful. We had the perfect vacation. But we were definitely underwhelmed with the food and drinks. We had dinner with cocktails and brunch at the Vue, lunch and cocktails at the pool (the worst turkey club wrap we’ve ever had, which how bad can you mess that up), and dinner at Bar Traza. We did not have one meal that was great. Nothing bad, all just mediocre. Which was disappointing considering the price. The summer promotion of Kids eating free for breakfast and lunch and half off dinner helped make up for it. But still wish the food had been better. Would still come back for the pools but probably wouldnt eat at the resort for dinners"
"All rooms don’t come with fridge and microwave which sucks then they will charge extra if you want one I had a small baby with me so that was a bummer but everything else was fine"
"Room was awesome. We had a suite with a Murphy bed in the living room and it was very comfortable. First day the buffet was a disaster. It was a Saturday but the omelette line was a mile long and all of the buffet food was out of stock. We ended up leaving and going to buy breakfast instead. They only supplied three washcloths in our room and three towels so we had to ask for more. The fees are what were really frustrating. $20 a day plus $50 for parking. So basically $70 a day on top of the room rate. The parking was frustrating as our key never worked to open up the garage lever. The $20 is mandatory and you can use it for snacks, rentals or restaurant but it still is annoying. Plus I think they charged us for two extra days. This extra charge makes the bill complicated if you use it for snacks and rentals. Just simplify and charge a higher nightly rate that includes parking. Overall I probably would stay there again for convenience and the room was great for a family and allowed for privacy. Also the vent to the air conditioner was really gross and dirty."
"The pool and hot tub were great! It is nice they serve free coffee and creamer when the office is open (but not before it is or after it closes.) It was great having free parking for our car! The price was reasonable.
(The shower dripped badly, which we reported as we checked out.) The hot tub could use some cleaning. The people staying above us and outside our room were making noise throughout the night and in early morning. IT WOULD HELP TO POST A QUIET POLICY FROM 10 PM- 7 AM as many hotels do and post it in the office and throughout the hotel grounds.
Overall it was a good experience and reasonably priced."
