"Faltan detallitos en la habitación, ganchos en baño para colgar trajes mojados o la bata. Más contactos en habitación. Teléfono para comunicarse a recepción o restaurante. Tener mayor opciones en menú del restaurante como ensaladas, más para vegetarianos. Poner aireador en el estanque."

"Me gustaría que el personal fuera más atento, nadie me ayudó a llevar mi equipaje. Afuera de las habitaciones había charolas con platos sucios. El restaurante sirve el desayuno a partir de las 8am, sin embargo el café estuvo listo casi media hora después. Muy malo el café. Las albercas en buen estado. Las habitaciones cuentan con aire acondicionado, TV con cable y las camas cómodas. Ubicado a solo 30 minutos de San Miguel de Allende."
