"1. The Bonavida Pines building is, at best, a 2.5-star property—not the advertised 4-star standard. We booked this hotel based on photos of Bonavida Palms; had we seen the actual images of Pines, we would not have chosen to stay here. This is clearly misleading. 2. "L’hôtel est idéalement placé, présente bien, et les chambres sont assez spacieuses. Par contre, nous avons eu un désagrément (douche froide pendant les 3 jours, VMC qui ne fonctionnait pas donc odeurs très désagréables, et lavabo bouché). J'ai écrit sur hotels.com mais le gérant n'avait pas vu mon message. Il était désolé et a dû corriger les problèmes après notre départ. Je mets 4 étoiles pour cette raison, sinon il aurait eu 5."

"Nice accommodation in a really good place close to the beach. Quiet and clean. Only downside is we were there for 4 nights and the apartment wasn’t serviced during that time, so we had to collect clean towels from reception. "
