"The hotel and staff were excellent. Our room felt truly 5-star, and the breakfast selection was very good. The only issue we encountered involved a local taxi. There are two hotels in Istanbul named Renaissance, located on opposite sides of the city. Be careful — make sure they take you to the correct one so you don’t end up going for an unexpected ride. 🚕"

"had a wonderful stay at Ajwa Hotel Istanbul. The location is excellent—very close to many of the main attractions, making it easy to explore the city on foot.
The hotel restaurant was very good, and there are also plenty of great dining options nearby. I also experienced a traditional Turkish bath (hammam) at the hotel, which was a highlight of my stay.
What truly stood out was the staff—everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. I would definitely recommend this...

"The property was clean and well in the center. I had a good time at the hotel and the staff were very helpful. Enes at the reception was exceptionally good and we also kept our luggage there while we explored the area. "The location was convenient, but unfortunately the security and hospitality were very disappointing.
