"The room was good with a comfy bed, clean bathroom room , shower with hot water etc. Mini bar was useful and not stupidly expensive. Could do with some better glasses for drinks. Staff were all friendly and offered luggage service. Breakfast was nice if not spectacular. Decor around the building ..."

"Our stay was amazing, the hotel looked lovely as we drove in. The staff couldn’t be anymore helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We had a lovely meal in the rib house, the service and food were excellent. The spa treatment was much needed and enjoyable. Could not speak anymore highly of Ramside ..."

"Good location on the river and close to the city though there are many stairs to climb. Breakfast and evening meals were tasty and good value. Carpark access is via an external small lift."
