"Very disappointed. The room was dirty and had cobwebs throughout the space. It did not feel clean or well cared for. I expected much better for the price paid. We asked if they could help us with the shuttle to and from the airport which they said they could over the phone, but when we got to the hotel they said no bc we booked through hotels.com"

"Stayed here 2 nights for business in Davis. The location is convenient. At first glance, the first floor room was clean. However, the next morning I found a large live cockroach in the bathroom. I told the front desk staff and was able to get a new room on the top floor. He was not apologetic but was quick to issue me a new room. No other compensation was given. I didn't hear the adjacent rooms, but I'm not sure if anyone was in them. You'll definitely here footsteps from upstairs and the traffic. Parking was $10 for the entire stay. I didn't bother touching the breakfast after I found the cockroach. Will not be staying here again."
