"We stayed here for 1 night, arriving at 5pm. Our daughter was able to swim in the pool for over an hour (we were worried it would close early but pleased to see everything open). The room was clean and spacious. We ate in the restaurant that evening which was good value. A very nice continental breakfast was included in the price which made the hotel excellent value. Would recommend this hotel"
"Clean room. Easy parking. Although the restaurant was closed when we arrived the staff did offer us a small meal, so thank you!!
In general good location for out stop over and easy checkin (after hours)! "
"what a wonderful hotel, the surroundings are tranquil, the building is beautiful and the restaurant is top quality at a reasonable price. Look no further, this place is fantastic"
"I arrived late, 10pm on the 8th July because of problems on the euro tunnel. The restaurant was very busy, the staff working flat out. They still served me a nice dinner. I really did appreciate that."
"The hotel is budget but well located. It's the second time we've stayed there as it is ideal for the Chunnel.
The hotel is staffed 24/7, which is handy as we were very late (thanks heatwave).
Breakfast is ok but limited. The rooms are small but we're only using it as a stopover.
What was annoying was that the lock on the door wouldn't open at first until we turned the car over and it wouldn't close properly without slamming it, ad we didn't want to do that and disturb other guests."
"The room was very clean, we stayed in number 11, which was on the first floor. Our room had fantastic cross breeze during the hot weather, and fortunately wasn’t on the top floor, which I can imagine was roasting during the heat. There is a pedestal fan provided. There is plenty of parking in the gravel car park under the property, we felt comfortable leaving our motorcycles there.
We like the standard 12pm checkout! Fridge and kitchenette available with communal washing machine available. We weren’t able to find the communal terrace and there weren’t any instructions on how to find it."
"There is parking on site and it has been refurbished since we were last here 3 years ago. Unfortunately the menu choice has significantly reduced for dinner and breakfast. Rooms clean and bathroom good spec."
