"The hotel is very nice and the restaurant has very nice meals. The breakfast in the morning is buffet style and well maintained by the staff.
The staff are very friendly and the place is very well looked after.
Hotel did not have a fitness centre and the bar while staffed was somewhat underwhelming.
Beds are firm but still comfortable. Please be aware there is no on street parking and the hotel’s underground parking costs 15€ per day."

"The property was excellent, clean, well informed and helpful desk staff an excellent breakfast menu and staff and great Parking. We could walk to the central district and across the Douro. The only day Slife is the restaurant, which had high prices and narrow menu."

"Solid property… It’s a little far away from all of the action, but for me, that was a good thing. It was about a 25 minute walk to the super touristy area. The unit was clean and the staff was really easy to get a hold of. All the instructions for everything were clear. I was really satisfied and would definitely stay here again."
