"I honestly love the hotel.. However I had noisy neighbors and the staff said they had said something but the noise continued thru out the night and morning... The staff wanted to move me to another room but I felt like the noisy bribers should hve been moved.. Especially since I wasn't the only one that complained "

"This is fine for a cheap, basic hotel. The sheets seemed clean but the bathrooms and hotel facilities were run down and needed a cleaning. "

"Good parking an exterior of building looked good. Bad experience checking in. Waiting 15 minutes behind another individual to check in. Walked in to a sign that front desk would be right back, and finally were at the 15 minute mark. Floor was super dirty with lots of built up gunk in the corners and sides. Told my kids to not walk on the floor without shoes. Only positives were clean linens, comfortable mattress and good water pressure. Breakfast consisted of granola bars, so no real breakfast....

"Buyer Beware - comfortable room & bed, pretty decent complimentary breakfast, but pool closed until June, no fridge & microwave in my room despite both being included in the list of amenities. Also beware of the semi-hidden $12 + tax per day charge for parking, something no one would voluntarily pay to park here, therefore it’s just a sneaky way to allow them to advertise it for less on the travel sites. Note - 6 am the next morning I pulled back the shower curtain to discover there was no knob...

My family and I complain and they lied and said we didn’t and told us things about what’s going on with the proper and act like they didn’t. Mold, stain dirty tubs, elevators getting stuck, keys not working, smells like smoke, dirty, no smoke detectors. Be careful"

"Parking was easy. The TV didn't connect property, but someone came right away to fix it. The key cards didn't work at the end of the day every day. Other than that, it was nice."
