"Stairs, stairs and more stairs...50+ to get to the rooms with balconies...front desk was very nice and very helpful...room was OK...AC worked pretty well...bed was soft but comfy...no facial tissue in the room...room was pretty clean... especially for an older property...pool was small...and green ...and got greener every day we were there...free breakfast was good...the onsite restaurant was excellent...gr8 happy hour drinks... food was top notch and portions were big...the best thing about...

"The Ritz was a wonderful stay. We booked the club room which I highly recommend because it makes dining so easy + open bar all day for those who care for it. You are 15mins away from a 20min ferry to St John's to explore those beautiful beaches as well. The staff was super friendly & helpful, & the property was spotless. Very nice fitness center/ pool/ and 4 restaurants on site. Highly recommend and will definitely return!"

"Beautiful hotel with amazing views and a great atmosphere. The property is well maintained and the staff was wonderful. My only concern was the large number of iguanas and the amount of iguana droppings around the grounds. Addressing this issue would make the experience much better. Overall, a lovely stay. The villa was perfect for big family . Have everything and the laundry perfect."

"St John Inn has an incredible ambiance that makes it a wonderful experience all round. It is tucked into an eclectic part of Cruz Bay that may not work for everyone. It’s a bit on the older side but that’s also what creates its awesome charm & vibe! Karen and the staff are amazing. They will jump to help however they can, on any request.
