"Very clean resort with delicious food. Front desk was very rude upon checking in and out and the waiters at the pool area were beyond rude . The lady with short blonde hair ignored us on multiple occasions and the man with blonde hair kept talking about how horrible of a day it was . Their whole conversation was regarding how busy they were and didn’t ask us if we needed anything else. We ordered at the bar and had to get menus from the bar yet gratuity is automatically added. "Power went out often on the island, a generator is needed at this property. Out flight was cancelled and we lost a day. I was told we would get credit for that but haven’t received confirmation of that yet. Location is okay, taxi service is a few blocks away, restaurants close. Not sure if I’d return or recommend at this time, still waiting on owner to honor his verbal agreement. But no matter what, a generator is desperately needed to protect a quality experience. "

"I paid for the insurance I boarded the plane had a seizure the United Airlines was very helpful and was safe the property ignored me and wasn't able to communicate with no one and Expedia was unable to get help for me. "As everyone has commented Janet and Sam were AWESOME hostess/host. Janet would go out of her way to answer questions to make your trip more enjoyable. Sam went out of his way to video chat with us when we took a wrong turn on our walk to Secret Harbor Beach. Two Sandals could use some updates, but the view and location were AMAZING.
