"I know they mentioned about the stairs but we just didn’t picture taking our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. When we got there we had no water (not their fault, a water line had broken) they did what they could for us and gave us bottled water for teeth brushing and drinking."

"The A/C was a little noisy. They were ants in the kitchen area. The room needed a black out curtain over the kitchen window. The bathroom needs a fan to remove the steam from shower"

"Spent 4nights and it was beautiful close to beach great views. The only thing I didn’t like was the restaurant and bar closed early like 9pm so if u didn’t have food by then you will starve and if you did have food there was no microwave to heat the food up."

"Some of the staff were very helpful. Others had an attitude of, why are you here asking me a question? Several employees smelled like weed/marijuana! The wait staff in the restaurant was terrible, Food was over priced, didn’t taste good and wether you were there for breakfast, lunch or dinner, the wait time for your food was long and the meals were cold every time! On future trips to St Thomas, we will not be staying at Margaritaville!"

"Convenient location, helpful staff. My only issue was the location of the AC it is positioned in such a way that the cool does not air circulate through the bathroom. With no other mirror in the room I ended up sweating in the face while applying the makeup. I must commend the staff for being very obliging with all requests."

"The view is why you should stay here. The pool and bar are great, lounge chairs need repair. Convenient access to old town. The restaurant is very good but pricey, Sibs up the road is a grea local bar and restaurant. There is NO sign to tell you where to turn to get to hotel. Three stars is a good position for this hotel. Finally, I would NOT return to St. Thomas. There are a lot to see and do but driving the roads wear you out getting there. Go to St. John or St. Croix instead."

"Room was clean and comfortable. Would have liked a microwave in the room and coffee available in the lobby. The sitting area was nice unless there was a boat nearby that gave a diesel smell. Cruise ships did not dock in front of the hotel but further down the dock, so our view was not blocked. Hotel is in walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the sky-tram which was nice."

"Great place to stay. Was SUPER hard to find at first with Google maps. Perfect breakfast and very laid back. We had a gorgeous view and the AC worked perfect. Nice staff. THE best thing was that we were able to walk about everywhere. Perfect hotel if wanting to walk to the pop up shops/food/jewelry places"

"Walking distance to all the shopping of Charolette Amalie. The most welcoming staff. Very clean rooms, the pool being open 24/7 is an awesome touch. I would recommend this stay to anyone! Especially couples. I wouldn’t say it’s fit for families or elderly-or those with a hard time climbing stairs. A few Minutes drive to the airport and Brewers Beach. YOU WONT REGRET your stay"

"We stayed in room A104. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The beach was steps from our patio, and there are restaurants and a beach bar, all within walking distance. We hated to leave."

"Everything here was excellent, including the staff, the facilities, the room, the view from the room, the food in the restaurants, the pool, the available water toys (kayak, hobbies, ) and the very attention to details that convey that sense of luxury (ie the shampoo, the towel, the soap, the amazing bedding, etc). They are trying to keep the sargassum away with a barrier and partially succeeding at keeping it under control. The beach is relatively small and facing east."

"Decent breakfast provided. Egg o waffles, packaged english muffins and bagels. Fruit or yogurt would have been a nice addition. Wonderful that they allowed us to use beach equipments- chairs, toys, cooler, towels. Patio was nice to eat at (there are cats that hang around however). Clean, close to the grocery stores and the ferry. Nice pool."
