"I would strongly caution others before booking this property through Expedia. Before my scheduled stay, multiple Expedia representatives and I repeatedly attempted to contact the hotel, but were unsuccessful. AT LEAST four different Expedia agents tried to reach the property on my behalf for SIX days (!!!) and were unable to get any response. This raises serious concerns. If a property cannot be reached before your stay, there is no way to confirm your reservation, ask questions, or resolve...

"This is a small, quaint hotel run by locals in the style of a hostel. We arrived way early and were allowed to swim in the pool for a few hours which was great! The common area is a great place to meet others, and the staff was very nice. We were very happy with this authentic stay and would return."

"First of all this is not a 24/7 hands on place at all. The front desk only works from 8am to 10 pm. So if you have anything that you need you won't get it. If the pipe burst, need towels, light bulb you won't be able to get anything ontil that time. So emergency around that time isn't available. Outside my room iheard a loud bang. "Taxi services was always available. Front desk staff friendly and always available to help. Bar servive great. Food was good. Great beach access. Quiet beach no crowds. Beautiful landscaping. The room needed some upgrades but overall it was a comfortable stay. Be aware of mosquitos getting in your room!"

"It rained the day we arrived and when we got there, the whole kitchen and living room were flooded and the rug was soaked for the whole 7 day trip so the whole house stunk of mildew the entire trip. We woke up sick every morning from breathing in the nasty air all night. I dont know if someone left the front door open allowing the rain water to come in during the storm but we would’ve enjoyed our trip better if we didn’t get sick every time we were in the house. "Check in was not welcoming or helpful. Tried to put us in a 3rd floor suite. I paid for a walk out lanai on the beach, on the first floor. Our room was very outdated, not very comfortable. Bathtub jet’s didnt work. Also, bath water was brown/taupe color… Soo disgusting. Some staff at restaurant were not personable, or couldn’t multi task orders. Beach was beautiful and so was the ocean. Food & drinks at restaurants were delicious."

"We stayed just one night at the Green Laguna after returning from a week of sailing in the BVI. Lyndsey and Chase so kindly arranged our transfer from the ferry to the hotel. We arrived exhausted. "Our condo and the property and staff were amazing. We had a wonderful time. We also recommend renting the dinghy boats next to the condo. My husband and I rented a 15ft and it handled wonderfully. We snorkled at John and it was wonderful."
