"The ladies at the front desk were extremely rude and unfriendly. Every time I called with a question, they responded with attitude and were not welcoming at all. To make matters worse, we found three roaches in the kitchen area. I called the front desk to ask if they had a rodent or pest problem, and I was told yes. "The hotel is a nice hotel with a lot of steps. The room was nice but a little worn down with a window air conditioner, but it worked. The breakfast is included and that was good, great staff is super nice. I would come here again."

"The experience was only ok because we complained about our A/C in our room not working and it was really hot during the day. So when we came back if felt like we were outside and the only time it felt decent was at night. The resort was pretty good too. Staff was friendly but just wish we would’ve had a working a/c unit especially when having two kids"
