"The hotel room's air conditioning was not working properly, so the room never got as cool as we expected. In addition, there was a lot of noise coming from the street throughout the night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Parking was also inconvenient since we had to park on the street. The only staff member who really stood out was the security guard. "It was off-season and as such, they were doing offseason renovations and cleanup, but only minor inconvenience. Starr at the front desk was super nice, responsive and helpful with suggestions. KG at the bar was great. Alfredo sauce on the fettucine dish at the onsite restaurant was the best I've ever eaten. Would recommend again once renovations are complete, but location and access to beach phenomenal."

"Our shower did not work properly, tv never worked, for us old folks music too loud, Brian was great tried hard to correct issues. Liked the location on the Stand. Loved the patio on the second floor with comfy couches. The Restaurant at the hotel was awesome, we ate there twice. The best steak I’ve had in years."

Had metal poking up on both beds, screaming kids until 1 o’clock in the morning, banging on the walls and screaming rundown building when we asked for another unit, the other unit was exactly the same had bugs in it run down worthless bed the owner that told us that if we wanted a refund we had to turn over the keys and leave right now that was at 1:30 in the morning we had to sleep with our car on the streets of St. Croix. This owner never responded to Orbitz...
