"This was one of the best places we’ve stayed at in Europe. The apartments are so clean and very spacious. The location cannot be beat. Most of all, the customer service was impeccable. Joseph, (possibly the manager?), was so lovely and helpful and accomodating, as were the rest of the staff. We will definitely return here."

"Paid for 3 people. Got a cot which was worse than our camping cot. And just above ground level. Horrible horrible bed option foe 3rd person. Miserable night sleep. This is the not the fault of the front desk people who are quite lovely. Bathroom was nice but toilet flusher sticks. Had to jiggle it to have water stop."

There was a washer dryer free of charge. We had a very pleasant stay. A lot of choice of restaurants steps away. Would love to stay at the same property if ever I go again to Lisbon. Staff was very friendly and helpful."

"The location of the hotel is amazing. Very central and accessible to shops, historic sites and restaurants. Hector was beyond hospitable. He was approachable, great at communicating and explained everything very patiently. The room was cleaned everyday and fridge stocked with breakfast items daily. Highly recommend."

"Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Le personnel est très serviable et gentils. La cour est magnifique et nous a offert un temps de repos très apprécié après de longues journées. L’enjeu est au niveau des chambre. Le sofa lit est très inconfortable, et les installations sont vieillissantes, particulièrement la robinetterie de la douche. Il n’y a pas de cafetière même dans les chambres avec cuisine."

Die Lage ist soweit gut, es sind mehrere Supermärkte und Bäcker fußläufig in der Nähe, auch der Lissabon Airport ist nicht weit entfernt. Größere Einkaufszentren sind mit dem Bolt gut zu erreichen, wer sonst gerne läuft, kann vom Hotel aus auch gut nach Alfama laufen. Das Zimmer war grob ausreichend sauber, es waren hier und da an einigen verstecken Stellen noch ältere Krümmel von Voraufenthalten zu sehen. Nur im...

"Femme de ménage très gentil, appartement magnifique propre moderne bien équipée proche de tout mais experiece réception à distance pas très agréable manque d'information sur utilisation de la digitalkey c'est moi même utiliser IA pour me donner les étapes parce que communication avec Whatsapp avec le service ils croient que les clients connaissent tous ça .en plus arrivée a 01h de matin la digitalkey ne fonctionne pas il m'ont dit de les contacter mais ils ont répondu a 7h de matin heursement...
