"A large, modern hotel with large grounds for tennis and exercise. The hotel and its large $5 per day parking lot is conveniently located right at the entrance to old town Tomar. Its a 10 minute walk from the hotel to the center of Tomar with dozens of shops and restaurants. 20 minute walk or 10 minute car ride to the Templar castle complex."

"Lovely hotel close to Cascais and the beach. Efficient, if not over friendly reception staff, though the doormen were lovely. Very clean and well equipped rooms, well soundproofed. Eighth floor room gave us splendid views towards Estoril. Would definitely stay again and for longer. On arrival we were asked for a €150 refundable deposit which took us by surprise. Fully refunded on checkout."

"I was expecting charm, but this hotel was exceptional in so many ways. The service and attention to details far exceeded my expectations. What an elegant way to truly experience the past, as if we were royal guests. Beds turned down at night, with chocolate on our night stand along with boxed pastry on a tray with nicely folded napkins. Then the grand finale was the breakfast buffet, the quality and presentation was suburb. Thank you for the fond memories that will last a lifetime. "

"The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was all in marble and was beautiful. The staff was helpful and very nice. The breakfast was wonderful and we were able to eat outside and people watch at the same time. The hotel was in a great location. We enjoyed the donut shop Crush right next door. Their cappuccinos were amazing!"
