"From start to finish, our 2 day stay was exceptional. Could not fault anything. All the staff that we had contact with were both friendly and professional. The food, of which we had breakfast, evening meal and afternoon tea was beyond our expectations. Everything was freshly prepared and delicious and served in a timely manner. "Lovely place to stay. Appreciate listed building. But attention by house keeping could be better. Mould around bath handles and plug drain. Duvet stained (duvet cover was slightly open and you could see stains on actual duvet) Pillow protectors need changing. Just needs attention to detail. With house keeping. "
