"Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Chambre avec vue lac c’est magique. Lit confortable, ménage impeccable, accueil professionnel. L’hôtel est très bien situé pour profiter du lac et de la vieille ville. Le spa est très bien. Petit point négatif : Pour un palace, la décoration manque un peu de charme, notamment les restaurants. Le service pourrait aussi être amélioré ; une serveuse nous a servis tout en étant en conversation téléphonique personnelle et un autre ne savait pas ce qu’était un...

"Great location. Nice rooms, odd shapes, but interesting. Air conditioning was broken and was not fixed during our stay. They offered a discount or free breakfast. Staff were amazing."

"Really nice staff who offered to keep my dog’s food cold in their refrigerator. We were well greeted and they gave me good nearby food recommendations. The main floor had a bit of a not so great smell and the room was pretty small but it was clean and I got a good night sleep. They also let me check out 30 minutes late. I would probably come back again."

"Overall lovely stay, fantastic location, amazing views, rooms and facilities were lovely. Unfortunately we had an incident where 2 parasols blew over onto me whilst walking by the pool, hitting me on the back of the neck. I was given ice. I enquired about writing an accident report for health and safety reasons ( we had several witnesses). The manager said that they don’t do this but I would have needed to go to the hospital to get an official report if they were tp document this. At that time...

"Fantastic location being walkable to restaurants, cafes, all the gorgeous sights and the train station. We stayed in a ‘Deluxe room, with lakeside terrace’ - the room was spacious with a comfy bed, good sized bathroom with toiletries and plenty of storage in the bathroom. We loved sitting on the terrace with a glass of wine in the late afternoon watching the world go by below. "Es ist ein Ibis Budget in Laufnähe des Flughafen. Wenn man einen früheren Flug erwischen muss passt es. Zimmer wie überall bei Ibis Budget - klein, zweckerfüllen und sauber. Nicht mehr, nicht weniger. Somit für 7 Stunden Schlaf und eine Dusche Perfekt. Preis/Leistung passt. Wer jedoch ein Hotel in Genf für Geschäftliches oder Städtereise braucht gibt es bessere."

"A little hard to find from the airport. They do have a shuttle service, we just didn't know about it till we got there. Otherwise very helpful staff. Small, clean room. Good place to stay if you have to catch an early flight out of town."
