"Ruime schone kamers, goed ontbijt, goede mooie accomodatie"

"Die Lage des Hotels, sehr optimal. In einer Station oder 15 Minuten Spaziergang ist man am St.Jakob. Direkte Tramverbindung auch in die Innenstadt. Zimmer war okay, nach dem Lüften, war der Geruch des Alter der Ausstattung gering. "

"Everything perfect for the price. Very clean. I only gave it a four star because there is no hairdryer and hair shampoo separate from body wash. Check in process was a little long. There was a receptionist in training, which I don’t mind. However I think because there seem to be so many steps on their side to go through (it was even difficult for them to find my reservation), they will never be really fast. My conclusion is that this is a system problem not a personnel issue."

"The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Mashir (?), a server in the bar/restaurant, must have noticed how tired and hot we were when we arrived and he came over and gave us cool water. He was a fabulous server and tended to our needs. "The hotel is in a very central area which makes it good to get to places. Whilst my room was modern, it was tiny (I booked a single room). The cover on the light switch kept falling off, the breakfast was terrible, with nothing left at 9am. The staff flapped when challenged about this and you’d then have to wait 20 mins while they got more food."
