"Disappointed in the roon, tv didn't work well, wasn't connecting to the internet and someone from the front desk had to come and restart it each time."

"room was clean, shower needed some tlc, but bed and towels were clean. I'm tall and toilet was very low, but it was clean. Room had two double beds and each bed had 3 pillows, not 2 or 4, but 3, a little odd. If you were sharing with someone who would get the third pillow? But staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"The rooms were well appointed and clean. Nice white bedding. Hair dryer included. Breakfast was good and the cleanliness and upkeep of the kitchen and dining area was exceptional. All the people who worked there were hard working, very friendly and efficient. I keep coming back."

Before checking out I asked if I could have two clean towels they never got it. I had asked for an iron they told me someone will bring it right up nobody came.. The service is really terrible. I will never go back again !"

"My stay here was horrible! Bathroom tile was filthy, room smelled bad, When we got off the elevator there was large pieces of furniture stacked outside the elevator yet there was no signs stating “forgive our mess” our hall was party central yelling and hollering down the hallway through out the night. We called the front desk several times after 10 pm with no changes. Once we couldn’t take it anymore around midnight my niece yelled down the hallway to shut up did the noise die down. It was...

"Great stay for the most part. Our bathroom could have used a little extra TLC. We stayed on the first floor which I truly wouldn’t recommend there was soooo much noise throughout the night coming from outside. Also, the people above us were horrible unsure if they had kids or not but the floors and walls are most definitely super thin and you hear everything. Anyways, staff were great."
