"Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations. The bed linens were not clean and had visible stains. There were also hairs on the bathroom floor when we arrived, which made the room feel poorly cleaned.
In addition, the front desk was often understaffed, and we had to wait a long time each time we needed assistance.
We hope the hotel improves its housekeeping standards and front desk service, as these issues had a negative impact on our stay."

"All of the staff and attendants at the hotel made the stay an A++. Of course the building entry and rooms were efficiently decorated, fun and comfortable/nice. We would expect that from Hilton. But the crew that is working there goes above and beyond to make sure that you feel welcomed and safe. Breakfast was great.
