The room was excellent. Very spacious, clean, and with comfortable beds. Staff was outstanding. Very professional and courteous. Lovely setting in a beautiful mall.
I would have given an Excellent rating, but we had a terrible time finding the hotel from within the mall, and once we did find it, we had to drive up to the fourth floor of the parking garage, call in from the gate in the garage and then continue up to the fifth gaage floor where we unloaded our luggage and hauled it over to the elevator, up to the lobby, and then to our room. Super not intuitive, which is a shame, because it's a wonderful hotel. Oh, yeah, I forgot about the $100 pet fee and $20 parking. I don't know if it's because I went though Expedia instead of directly to the hotel, but I didn't know about that until I checked in.
I would definitely stay there again, now that I know where it is and how it works. But probably not with my dog, although she was welcomed. There's not a good place to walk her except around the outdoor mall.
