"The place is “PERFECT” from all points of interest . The price reasonable. The rooms, although small ( can accommodate only 2) is well kept. Blackout curtains really helps. I couldn’t think of anything negative. We didn’t have a view but it all comes down to location, location, location because when you’re already tired touring the city, the thing you need the most is to be able to relax in the nearest place possible. And this is what this place “exactly” offers."

"There is much more to this hotel than what you first see on arrival. We had a double queen room and it was very comfortable for the 3 of us. The breakfast room is part of a charming restaurant and bar next to the hotel. There is a nice rooftop lounge and the location was great for us."

"Excellent service by staff, beautiful hotel. Was disappointed because it was suggested to us that continental breakfast was included, but it was not. We only had coffee which was free. Everything else was perfect. We would def stay again, but highly recommend that guests are informed that continental breakfast is not included."

"The room was a good size for Manhattan and the property is in a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room on the 2nd floor looked out onto 8th Ave, and the noise from the road works could be heard from the room, whihc was the only minor point. Some better sound proofing of the windows would improve things - otherwise I would have given 5 stars."

"My daughter and I stayed at the Times Square Hyatt Regency for 4 nights. The location is excellent and we found our stay very comfortable. A couple of things we didn't love: there was often no hot water in the showers in the morning, the door to the room had a huge gap underneath which let in noise from the corridor (we put a towel in front of the gap which helped), the restaurant in the hotel, while convenient, added a 20% surcharge for everything, even take-out coffee. "I've stayed at this property at least four times. I prefer it because I like having a kitchenette and fridge. Even though I don't cook in the room, it's great to have a place to put leftovers and have the option of using the kitchen. It's less than one block from the subway stop.
