"The property seemed to be outdated from the outside, but we were pleasantly surprised once we got inside. The place looks like the pictures online. When making the reservation, I requested a lower level and handicap accessible bathroom. When we checked in, we were placed on the 4th floor with a regular bathroom. "The breakfast amenities were very good, the hotel staff was very friendly. The lighting on the bathroom vanity mirror needs to be brighter in order to highlight any facial details. I had to request a room cleaning twice because it was never completed after the first request. Overall, the experience was above average."

"We checked in an the smell in the both of our rooms was overwhelming. We switched rooms 3 times and all were the same. Curtains broken, chips on floor, poop on one of the toilets, nose ring left on bathroom counter, hair all over one over the beds, the person in the room next to us invited us in to show us how filthy it was under his mattress. We asked for a refund and was told there was nothing they could do for us and had to deal with Expedia our booking agent. So we left. All this within the...

Within seconds of an interaction with my (black) husband, the manager threatened to call the police after sternly and aggressively asking “what’s your room #?” Instead of a “good morning, how are you” or “how did you sleep” as you’re getting coffee and wiping sleep out of your eyes, “WHATS YOUR ROOM #, I’m calling the police”… like...

"Property is one of the older hotels but maintained .Rooms were clean and all is what was expected for this price . Breakfast ended at 9 so we missed that ,it would have been nice to have it open a little longer ."
