Beautiful place with amazing staff
We were only there for one night away.. Sadly. What an adorable place. There is wear and tear on the building, but it is an old building and we went in off season. It comes with all the quarks of a historic house. The service was amazing and our room was super cozy. Breakfast was delicious!!! Only negatives were no outlets by the bed for charging, and for some reason our bathroom was a very odd shape. So much so we took a pic of it as a keepsake.... Again, quarks of a historic home. Great place

Short 6 minute drive to downtown. Quiet enough from the noise, yet close enough to downtown. Host were helpful. Fancy breakfast items.

Rick and Cheri are the delightful hosts of Heartstone. They made us feel at home in their turn of the century Bed and Breakfast and Rick is masterful at preparing unique and sumptuous breakfasts that will stay with you most of the day. They both are knowledgeable of Eureka Springs and are very helpful to assist in places to see or up-coming events. They even helped advise us on good places to dine and have drinks. Our room, the Edwardian suite, was large and the king size bed made for very comfortable sleeping. A small refrigerator for keeping beverages cold and a Keurig coffee maker are welcome amenities to help you enjoy your stay. The weather didn't always cooperate so DVD's are provided for your viewing enjoyment along with cable TV. The Heartstone is conveniently located with easy access and close to just about anywhere you want to go in Eureka Springs. Thanks Rick and Cheri, we had a wonderful time at your establishment.

The Breakfast was very good. You could tell it was all home made and from the heart. The front lobby was beautiful.

Great B&B experience!
My wife and I visited Eureka Springs for the first time this past weekend and finding the right place to stay was tough. Though there are many cottages, B&Bs and hotels in the area most available options looked fairly dated, too old fashion for our like or simply yucky. Heartstone Inn had a couple of mini-suites available, and we liked the pictures and description of the property. Long story short we reserved one night and had a very pleasant experience. The room was just as described, clean, updated and nicely appointed. The owners Cheri and Rick were super nice and accommodating, parking right in front of the property and the breakfast was delicious! So if you are looking for a nice, clean, updated and charming place to spend a night/nights in Eureka Spring, we would definitely recommend the Heartstone Inn! We look forward to coming back soon!

Heartstone Inn is our favorite place to stay in Eureka Springs. We’ve stayed here a number of times over the years and we’ve Never been disappointed. Rick and Cheri are attentive and thoughtful hosts; the breakfasts are awesome each morning; the rooms are comfortable and attractive. The two cottages on the property are especially great for romantic or family getaways. Perfection!

One of the best B&B's we have ever visited! Cottages are cute and comfy. Breakfast was delicious and included fruit, egg dish, meat side, and muffin (all made fresh and from scratch) daily. The Inn provides free beverages throughout the day and a cookie for afternoon snack. The toiletries are quality products with lovely fragrances. The best part, however, is the customer service provided by innkeepers Cheri and Rick. They go out of their way to provide a memorable stay. We will be visiting again!

Fantastic B&B
We had an amazing stay at the Heartstone. Cheri and Rick were great. The room was very nice and clean and comfortable. And quiet. The Inn was very nice. Outside patio area in back was very comfortable, very peaceful and relaxing. The breakfasts were fantastic and the snacks in the afternoon were delicious as well. Hundreds of DVDs to choose from if you want to watch a movie in your room. And they have drinks and snacks around all the time. Highly recommend this B&B.

Heartstone was one of the best B&Bs we have stayed at over 22 years of anniversary trips. It was definitely the most spotless. The room was very nice and the food was great. Rick and Sheri are very personable and helpful, and it is obvious they love what they do.

Best breakfast B&B!!!!
Excellent hosts! The breakfast was the best I have ever had at any B&B I have stayed at thus far! Good location! Room was comfortable and immaculate. If I was told to criticize something? There was a little bit of a musty smell from the AC?, (mild, not a dealbreaker), the showerhead needs to be changed to offer a better spray and change the pillows to better or softer. Just personal preference I guess but overall would definitely stay again and all the pluses of staying there far outweigh any minuses.

The most professional and personalized service I have ever experienced. Love, Love, Love this place. Breakfast is 5⭐️ the attention to detail second to none. They remember the smallest details about each guest right down to how you like your coffee and what kind of creamer you want and it’s sitting at your table every morning. The owners Rick and Cheri make you feel like family. Thanks for being such gracious host and we Can’t wait to come back.

Bed was a little lumpy, but every other aspect of this stay was just wonderful. The room was very clean and updated. The breakfast offered at Heartstone Inn was absolutely delicious. I love how the Inn was far enough away from the main downtown area to feel secluded and quiet, but close enough to walk. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great Place to Recharge and Relax
My best friend and I finally booked a long overdue girls trip to Eureka Springs, and we were immediately drawn to the Heartstone Inn's charm and location. When we arrived, we met the owners, Rick and Cheri. It's easy to see that they love what they do, and we felt welcomed instantly. From a binder full of local menus, sample trip itineraries, and even things like providing cool beverages and afternoon snacks, not a single detail was overlooked during our stay. The decor, view, and wildlife were all beautiful. We even got to see three does wander into the back area to grab a nibble to eat. As if all of this wasn't enough, the breakfast? Fantastic! We truly didn't want to leave. If and when I return to Eureka Springs, I know where I'll be staying again. I'd highly recommend this bed and breakfast. Book now - you won't be sorry!

The inn is beautiful and has several outdoor seating areas so you can enjoy the birds and secluded, wooded landscape. The breakfast room is cheery and the hosts are warm and welcoming.

Rick and Cheri are the most accommodating host/hostess that we have ever encountered on our travels. If you are looking to travel to Eureka Springs or the surrounding area, look no further. This Inn is a special place. Loads of charm, comfortable beds, beautiful setting, delicious breakfasts, and within walking distance of historical Eureka Springs.
