"The rooms bathroom was severely damaged and dirty. Broken and cracked tiles with falling pieces. Mold and mildew throughout the tub/shower area. Bathroom floor tile was filthy. The bathroom door was filthy. The walls filthy and severely damaged in areas. This was reported to management."

"Es la segunda vez que repito en este hotel, y en la segunda me sorprendió el tema de atención de la chica de la recepción, a pesar de estar los dos días sin ascensor. Habitaciones muy limpias por lo menos la que nos tocó. Repetiré próximo año.."
